We are one of only three wineries in Mendoza (among 1,200) that produces exclusively traditional method sparkling wines. This specialization allows us to perfect every step, from secondary fermentation in bottle to the disgorgement you can see during the visit.
During the tour, you see hand labeling, the yeast removal process, and production in progress. After that, on the terrace overlooking the Andes, you taste four or five sparkling wines ranging from the fresh style of Premier to the complexity of Millésime.
We produce four lines: Iconos for our most developed labels, Cuvée as the heart of the winery, Premier with floral and fruity aromas, and Special Editions that include Petnat, Naranjo, and Ratafia.
